Fulcrum Pharma History
Fulcrum Pharma was established as a privately held company in the UK in 1999 by the management team of Protodigm Ltd, a virtual drug development team created within Hoffmann La Roche. In March 2000, Fulcrum became a publicly traded company listed on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market.
Fulcrum has grown through acquisition of two leading European regulatory businesses—QuadraMed in 2006 and Unicus Regulatory Services in 2007.
