Our therapeutic teams have designed and taken forward client programmes from lead optimisation through to Phase IV trials. Since the year 2000 their experience includes trials, advisory boards and development / regulatory strategy in

• Over 60 trials and 25 advisory boards in over 12 tumour types

• Including asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic dermatitis, therapeutic vaccines, COPD and cystic Fibrosis

• Malaria, HIV/AIDS, MTB, sleeping sickness, traveller's diarrhoea,  Onchocerciasis

• Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn’s disease, and DMOARD

• Obesity, modified human recombinant insulin, protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B-inhibitor, and SC infusion-nocturnal hypoglycemia

• Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, dependency, epilepsy, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, and stroke

• Somatic pain, neuropathic pain including post-operative pain

• Congestive cardiac failure, hypertension, angina, myocardial infarction, anti-arrhythmics, and peripheral vascular disease

As well as the above programmes, Fulcrum Pharma has active client projects in AMD, HEA, allergic conjunctivitis, onychomycosis, women’s health products, GvH disease, Lupus and angiotensin.

Fulcrum's therapeutic teams have experience in all stages of development and have the depth and breadth of experience to conduct studies on any scale from regional to large, global programs. All the services that Fulcrum offers can be utilised on a stand-alone basis or as part of larger drug development programs.
