CRISPR-Gene Specific Duo Set-for KI
The CRISPR-Gene Specific Duo Set for Knock-In (KI) enables precise gene insertion in mammalian cells using the CRISPR-Cas9 system. Each set includes two pre-selected guide RNAs cloned into a gRNA expression vector and a donor plasmid containing homology arms flanking a GFP-Puromycin cassette, which can be replaced by a gene of interest. When co-transfected with a Cas9 expression plasmid, the system introduces a specific DNA break, allowing homologous recombination to insert the target sequence. Designed for high efficiency and low off-target effects, the set supports gene editing in human, mouse, and rat models. - kits
